Love letter to Edgar Allan Poe

This is a poem that is a reply to Edgar allan poe. So maybe it goes here. Apologies if it isn't. Let me know

Sometime ago, we broke our piggie banks and got this video clip made.

The Song is Lenore's Song, made from over 16000 digital pictures. No video camera was ever used in this production.

Would love to hear what you think :) and if you like it, help me spread it.

Yunyu's Next gig:

I've seen this before. Non-digital special effects are always lend a much better spooky-ish atmosphere, though I can imagine it took quite a long time.

There is indeed something inexplicably frightening about birthday parties. And I like the symbolism with her changes of clothing ... how the uniform almost comes out of nowhere.

This is amazing! I love it. The art direction is gorgeous, so evocative and overwhelming but also subtle enough to act right on the unconscious and give goosebumps. I loved the way it referenced The Ring in places, and I thought that you (you're the singer?) were amazing also. I'm crazy about your voice - it's so unique, but it also has all these intertwined influences of other vocalists that I like. Especially when you twist your voice into those lower registers - it bumps my geese! I'll definitely check out the album!

What a visually rich video! The parts where people were trapped/moving within pictures within the video reminded me of Henry Selick's 'Slow Bob in the Lower Dimensions'.

If I may, a few technical questions-What type of digital still camera did you use and what was your general setup with it? What sort of editing program did you use to compile the images? Also, how long did this take to shoot? The daylight seems so consistent it looks nearly shot in real-time, particularly during the birthday party scenes. Congratulations on a job well-done.

Wow! Amazing! I really like the use of still shots. It gives it a unique edge.
